Dr. Julie Glass has been providing health care to individuals and families in the Portland area since receiving her Naturopathic Doctor degree from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in 1998. She especially enjoys working with adults with chronic issues, and children with special needs. Dr. Glass has been extensively trained to address the biomedical differences of children diagnosed with conditions on the autism spectrum. She believes that people have individual needs, and thus she treats each client uniquely. When treating clients, Dr. Glass' goal is to first define and then address the underlying cause of illness. The medicines that she prescribes are gentle and include homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, amino acids, vitamins, botanical medicines, and minerals. Dr. Glass recognizes that autism has familial (and global) impacts, and thus she enjoys helping parents and children alike. Her dedication to spectrum children arises from knowledge that autism is treatable, and that children are Beings worthy of love, healing and self-expression. Especially during this time of humanitarian and planetary evolution, it is imperative that our children experience their uniqueness, innocence, and unlimited potential. Our future depends upon their ability to remember Who They Are. |
